Limit access to data

Hi Support,

How am I going to set an access limitation of specific data for specific user?
For instance, I have gender attribute, and the data I entered in the row are male and female. How am I going to set user A can only access things that related to male data and user B can only access female data?

Hi,

Usually, you can use Access Groups with constraints and session attributes to limit access to records.

Thanks for the reply. Can one user be assigned to more than one access group? If can, how am I going to do that?

Unfortunately, for now User can only be assigned to one group.
