I really like the gui filter, because I can create, change and save filters for all users pretty easily, but I’m missing some features.
- Setting up a default value in date filter to today/now (instead of empty), that can be changed with a date picker afterwards
- Setting up a date range with weeks
- Setting up a predefined date ranges for users
- Setting up a custom filter element with something like a lookup field with predefined options from a query.
- Disabling AND and OR goup visibility in filter; without hiding the filter in the group boxes
- Input suggestions based on current content in the datastore/table columns for text filter
As I said before, I really like the gui filter. This is why I do not want to write a new screens for each filters, that offer the features I need.
I hope I did not miss anything and everyone here understands what I mean.
