The Base Support Agreement is balanced to match the needs of small and medium size teams, working on non-critical solutions. Large enterprises or teams with specific support requirements can apply for a custom agreement, and we will be happy to tailor support options as required.

We will continue to provide support on the free community forum. However, though we will try our best, we cannot guarantee answers on time or at all. Users with Enterprise Support Agreement will always be served first.
