Views.xml properties panel not refreshing without closing and reopening
Having added an attribute to an entity, if the views.xml properties tab and pane is already open, the new attribute is not shown until the views.xml tab is closed and re-opened.
In the example below, it can be seen that an attribute has been added and can viewed by opening the context menu edit dialog, but hasn’t been refreshed in the open views.xml pane.
I can confirm this is true. I suppose I never thought to report it. But yes it would be very nice if it would update while open.

I’ve just tested on Studio 13.2.
You don’t have to close and re-open the whole views.xml tab.
You just need to select another view in the left side of the Designer, and then select back. After that right panel reflects changes in the entity’s list of attributes.
So I don’t think it represents a problem. Are you expecting the panel to automatically magically refresh itself, with zero user interaction?
