User Editor screen, is still on legacy platform version?

I wanted to extend the User Editor screen and couldn’t do that as it seems that it is still on the older version of the platform and restricted extension like below:

Am I missing anything here?

Hi,
You need to choose “Legacy Screen Templates” in the first step of the screen wizard:

So that means the userEdior in the platform is still used from the legacy version.
