Studio 6.5.5 does not load gradle.properties

The Studio 6.5.5 implementation does not load the existing gradle properties.

Only the workaround by the definition of env variables helps.

Background: We separate credential details like user and encrypted passwords in the gradle.properties.

For future releases of the Studio we wish to solve the issue.
