Split Panel Docking

It appears that there is an internal ability to dock Split Panels. You might have seen this in the Folders Pane.

It would be great to expose this as a Public API and setting in Studio.

We have implemented this API in the upcoming version 6.9!

There seems to be an issue with the split panel dock button in that it is always visible when switching out of the current tab. The dock button should only be visible in the tabsheet its in.
