[Oracle] Error in CDB user name

In Oracle XE 18c, common usernames have a configurable prefix with default C##.

Using Cuba Studio 2018.3 and Cuba Framework version 6.10.7, this default can be configured in build.gradle scripts or context.xml and the create database scripts run flawlessly, but setting it up in menu CUBA > Project Properties > Data Stores throws an error:

Please consider allowing such prefixes as part of a dabase user name.
