I can change that for halo theme by modify \modules\web\themes\halo\favicon.ico, but did not manage to change that in havana theme.
I use web client to login,tried to modify modules\portal\web\resources\favicon.ico did not work.
I think I find the problem, I am trying to extend the theme and try again.
