Hi,

It looks like parse exceptions such as when a physical file is missing or unsupported file is detected terminates indexing task prematurely.

it should not. Could you please provide more details: what platform version do you use, what exceptions are written to the application log, etc. We would also appreciate if you provide a small demo project that we can use to reproduce an issue.
