Is there any way to disable the Entity Editor screen, even for an Administrator user ? I would like to give Administrator role to a user but I don’t want any user to access that screen.
I don’t see viable to set it through permissions, since as an admin, he can change the role 
Any ideas ?
Probably you are talking about Entity Inspector.
You cannot disable it for an admin using roles and permissions (by definition), but you can remove it from the menu at all at design time. Switch your menu to “Single” mode and add menu items one by one.
