If i buy the BPM addon for an individual license. Can i use the BPM addon license for other developers…?

I assume you are talking about the new BProc add-on, while the previous BPM add-on is now free for projects based on version 7+.
You can use Individual pricing if you are developing a project on your own (e.g. as a freelancer) and you are paying for Studio with personal funds. Individuals can acquire only one license key per account. So you can’t share your license with others, as this license is basically ‘individual’.
On the other side, if you buy any commercial add-on (BProc, WebDAV, Maps) as a company all the license keys in your subscription will get access to an add-on, no matter how many keys are in a subscription.
