Is it possible to develop an application remote to cloud?

Hi community,

I have a question.
Is it possible, to develop an app in Cuba, remote in Cloud?
So that, I can make changes like attributes etc. and can still use the application?
Or, does I have to deploy again the app and bring it into Cloud?

Or can I just work direct on the source-code in Cloud?
